We are traveling and stayed here in room 313 last night. I would stay here again Pros: 1. Comfortable and clean beds, the couch could pull out to a bed if needed and looked newer 2. The shower water pressure was phenomenal, and the water was hot and towels were clean 3. Breakfast was decent, hot eggs, the typical pastry options, waffle maker, some fresh fruit, a juice machine, biscuits and gravy, and oatmeal 4. Pool looked clean and well maintained Cons if you can call them that: 1. The floor in the breakfast room had been mopped with something that was really sticky and everyones shoes made noise while walking 2. The building is older, so even though well-maintained there are wear signs like a couple spots on the carpet in our room. Not anything problematic.
Pros side of this hotel, it has nice service staff, Room was clean and bed was comfy, has decently about of appliances and the TV worked good! The cons side is: Soda/pop vending machine didn’t want to take $5 when it says it should, heater wouldn’t go above 72 degrees, the pool wasn’t warm and it fried/dyed my hair and changed its color to green, breakfast wasn’t stocked when we left our room for breakfast, and ice machine didn’t work on the first floor it was out of order. “NEVER GO INSIDE TOWEL ROOM! bad mistake don’t believe anyone other than staff when they say towels in here let me help you and they walk out before you.. that was rude and it was a guest! Pepsi was $2 for a can when it should had been 50 cents and someone kept banging/knocking on our wall waking us up at 8 AM when I wanted to sleep in and couldn’t
We received great customer service at the front desk from Jay. He was very friendly and courteous. The hotel was absolutely beautiful everywhere; In the lobby, Halls, and Rooms. We will stay here again when we are traveling nearby.
CLEAN! The Perfect stop on our drive home. The staff was nice and accommodating, the room was clean and the beds and linens were extra comfy. My granddaughter enjoyed getting her wiggles out in the (clean) indoor heated pool. The nice, fully stocked breakfast bar was a nice treat on our way out. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice room, comfortable, clean. We were checked in by a very pleasant, efficient young lady named Misty who did everything she could to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. She is obviously very good at her job, and proud of her hotel.
Pretty good for a cheap hotel, the pool is small but great for kids, the breakfast was pretty decent, rooms was decent too, I plan to come back in the future, they also have a gas station right next door with like a little diner in it that has great food!!
I have stayed at this motel in Corbin KY many times. Customer service is Great. I have had no trouble getting a good rest at this place. If you are looking for a reasonable place to relax and a good nap on your journey. Stop by and give it a try. The manager is a very nice person and knows most people that have stayed a few times by name. You will like your stay!!!
Room was very clean and great bed. Had trouble with toilet not flushing. Breakfast was ok. People were friendly.
